For 2019, Knoebel's is once again a Triple Winner of the coveted Golden Ticket Award, presented internationally by Amusement Today. Knoebel's was singled out for Best Food; for Best Wooden Coaster, the Phoenix; and for Best Carousel, the Grand Carousel, which has been honored each of the eighteen years that the award has existed.
You'll be staying just a few miles from Knoebel’s Amusement Park in Catawissa, PA, with full hookup camping at beautiful Lake Glory Campground.
THE "OFFICIAL" DATES OF THIS EVENT ARE FROM JUNE 17 TO JUNE 21 (4 NIGHTS), but you can tailor your schedule to fit your needs. Your stay will include full hookup camping at Lake Glory Campground, a potluck Hors D’oeuvres/Snacks Meet and Greet, and a Saturday night catered dinner provided by FROG at the Amusement Park. The campground offers a free shuttle to and from the park.
The Park offers FREE admission and parking. Your hosts Rennie (DBLR) and Beth Roberts have arranged a discounted ride ticket package that can be purchased during the Meet and Greet Friday Night.
The park (http://www.knoebels.com/) has 6 awesome rollercoasters, as well as more than 75 other amazing family rides and shows. The most expensive ride in the park is only 3 dollars (in tickets) per person! The water park pass is available separately as it is an all-day pass, and a golf course owned by the park is located nearby.
Other local attractions in the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside include the Eckley Miners' Village Museum, Caboose Lodge and Catawissa Railroad Museum, numerous covered bridges, and much more!
