2017 FROG RALLY REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Registration for the 2017 FROG International Rally will open on Thursday, April 6.

Registration will include tickets to attend the FROG Rally and tickets for optional tours of Amish country.  YOU MUST ATTEND THE RALLY IN A FOREST RIVER OR AFFILIATED BRAND RV.

This year’s registration is greatly simplified from last year’s process.  You’ll have to go to only one site, www.frogrally.com, rather than last year’s two.

Those who have tested the system did so without instructions and with few or no problems.  I’m listing the steps here just in case there are unanticipated issues.  IF YOU USE GOOGLE CHROME, PLEASE TURN OFF THE “AUTO-FILL” FUNCTION.

There are three main steps to complete in the registration process:

Select the Attendance Tickets that you need:

• If there are two adults coming, select “1” next to “RV With 2 Adults.(Last year, several people ordered tickets for friends traveling with them in separate RVs.This year, that will require separate transactions so that we can gather information on everyone attending.)

• If you are coming alone, select “1” next to “RV With 1 Adult.”

• If anyone else is coming in your RV, select the number of additional people Age 12 or Over and the number of people Under Age 12.

• If you want any Tour Tickets, select the number of seats that you want for each tour.EVERYONE on a tour must have a ticket.If you don’t want Tour Tickets, skip this section.To see a description of a tour, click the (+) to the right of the tour name.
  
  The tours are arranged by day on the registration site.  The tour times overlap, and it is not possible for a person to go on two tours on the same day, so please be careful not to double-book yourself.
  
  NOTE:  If you are selecting Tour #9, Historic Elkhart River Queen, Inc. requires that every passenger sign a COMPLETE LIABILITY RELEASE.  Without the release, you will not be allowed to board.  To confirm that you are willing to sign the COMPLETE LIABILITY RELEASE, you will be asked to check “YES” when asked the question about it during registration, please check "YES."  If not, do not select Tour #9.

• When you have completed your ticket selections, click the [  BUY TICKETS  ] button at the bottom of the page.

• If an item that you want is filled, you’ll automatically be placed on a standby list and notified in order if that item becomes available.

At the top of the next page you will see the list of the items that you ordered.Review it and confirm that the information is correct.If it’s not, click the “Back to Tickets” link just above the list of your tickets and make any needed corrections.If it’s correct, continue.You’ll be asked for information about you, your RV, and everyone else in your RV.If a question does not apply to you, please leave it blank.  Don’t enter “N/A” or anything else.

• Enter your first name, last name, e-mail address, and phone number

• Enter the first and last names of everyone in your party EXACTLY AS THEY SHOULD APPEAR ON NAME BADGES, including capitalization and spelling.YOU are responsible for correct spelling.We cannot reprint name badges at the FROG Rally.(Information about you and your Spouse / Companion will be at the top of the page, information about anyone else attending with you will be at the bottom.)

• Enter your address information.

• Enter information about your RV to assist us in parking.For “Brand,” just enter brands like Berkshire, Columbus, Flagstaff, R-Pod, etc.Please DO NOT enter Forest River, a model or floor plan number, or other information.

• Enter your complete VIN / Serial Number.You can skip this question if you don’t have the number, but we will ask you to submit it no later than June 1.

• Using the pull-down menus, enter the Length, Number of Slides, Electric Amperage, and Type of RV.

• Enter any medical NEEDS for parking, and we will try to accommodate them.Note that a full hookup site is not a NEED if your issue is something like limited walking or mobility.

• Enter any PREFERENCES for parking.We cannot guarantee preferences, but will try to accommodate them.We already know that most people would like one of the limited 50-amp or sewer sites, so please don’t list that.If you don’t get a sewer site, you will have one free pump-out available mid-week.
  
  If you have a preference to park next to a friend, BOTH OF YOU should note it in “preferences” AND PLAN TO ARRIVE TOGETHER.We park each area “hobo style” and cannot hold spots open for your friend to arrive later.

• If you fail to complete any required information, you’ll be directed back to complete it before you can proceed.
   
• Click on [  CONTINUE  ]

At the top of this page you have a final opportunity to verify your order before proceeding.

• To pay for your tickets.Select either [  PAY WITH CREDIT CARD  ] -- we can accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover – or [  OTHER PAYMENT  ]

• IF YOU ELECT PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, WE WILL HOLD YOUR TICKETS UNTIL JUNE 1.IF WE’VE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT BY THEN, WE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND RETURN THE TICKETS TO INVENTORY FOR SALE TO OUR STANDBY LIST WITH NO FURTHER NOTICE.

Upon completion of your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.This is your ticket to the FROG Rally.  Please print it and bring it with you.

NOTE THAT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT, THE CHARGE FOR YOUR TICKETS WILL APPEAR AS A PAYMENT TO “EVENT BEE,” THE TICKET VENDOR THAT WE ARE USING, AND NOT TO FROG OR FOREST RIVER.
