Notes on Logging in to the FROG Rally Store

When registering for the FROG Rally, you will first go to the FROG website and enter information about yourself and others in your party; about your RV; and other basic information. You will then be directed to the second step of the process, where you will order and pay for your reservation and optional tours, if any.
When you log in, you will be asked if you are a returning customer or a new customer.
- IF YOU ARE A RETURNING CUSTOMER FROM LAST YEAR, you MUST use the same e-mail address and password that you used last year. If you don't remember your password, call or e-mail me and I can give you a new one. (I can't see your old one.) Most of your name/address information will be filled in automatically from last year, and you will only have to enter anything that has changed. If you try to sign in as a new customer, you will be told that your e-mail address is already in use and that you must sign in as a returning customer.
- IF YOU ARE USING THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR THE FIRST TIME, you'll enter an e-mail address and password and will have to enter your name/address information since this is a different system from the FROG website and the two unfortunately don't share information.
To enter your reservation (one or two adults in an RV and additional persons, if any), you'll go to the "RALLY RESERVATION" link. If you want to order optional tours, you'll go back to the "TOUR RESERVATION" link. Once you've added the Rally Registration and Tour Registration to your cart, you can proceed to check out. In the field that says "SHIPPING" simply say no shipping. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card, Discover, or by indicating that you'll be sending a check.
